2) Are you collecting peoples details when they reach your website?
On average… and different stats will tell you different things… but on average a web visitor will stay on your site about 3 second before making the decision whether it’s the right information that he or she is looking for.
During this time the only objective your website needs to achieve is catch the prospects attention and get them to give you their details so you can follow up with them via a different media.
We do this with our clients via a email capture form.
